Volunteer sign-ups begin at 4:15
All NOAH members may sign up for their volunteer points
You will need your calendar, your home game or master game schedule (find it here in this blog) and pencils.
There will be a pre-volunteer sign-up at 3:00 for those who are pre-registered for one of the clinics listed above
NOAH wide mandatory meeting 5:30 - discussion about Nationals, plus other valuable information.
6:00-7:00 Pizza Party!
We would like to invite you to stay and fellowship following the meeting.
Pre-order pizzas for your family!Limited $2.00 slices will be available.
One large Mazzios pizza $10.00 (includes paper plates and napkins)

We will have drinks and snacks to purchase.

CLEAN UP AFTER the MEETING – EVERYONE PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR FAMILY
Maintenance Duties for Saturday: Team Coordinators, please select people from your teams to help with clean up.
JHGI & II- Wipe all tables and chairs, Pick up trash in bleachers and stage
JHB I- Put extra Tables away and return chairs to sides. Sweep the foyer area.
JHBII – Vacuum bleachers and stage
Varsity Girls- Check and wipe down all bathrooms and locker rooms.
Varsity/JV Boys- Gather up all the trash from locker rooms, bathrooms, and concession area.
JVBII- Take trash to dumpster
