Expanded instructions for Concessions, Gate and Clock:
Be sure and read your handouts on the job description hand out, there are extra's on the gym sign in clip board if you need one.
The gate and clock people have things that they need to do before they start the gate and clock. That is why you need to come hour before game time.
The last game of the night, concession people stay until the everything is cleaned up and put away. If in doubt just ask your concession manager if everything is ok and you can leave.
Remember everyone pays even if you are working.
Exceptions:
For those who are working gate or concessions ( no clock) and they have come in just to work, don't even set foot in the gym or watch any of the games, can request a free workers pass from the nights concessions manager. Everyone has to have a free pass to turn in if they are not paying gate.
Gate purchase options:
Purchase a family pass for $100.
Purchase a punch card in the concession stand for $15 or more and use the punch card.
Have them put the punch card in the gate box for you or carry it with you.
NOAH paw punch cards are pre-paid cards that can be use for conessions or gate purchases.
Last point.
You work during the game you signed up. The "working times" listed on the sign up sheet are only for guidelines.
Sometimes games run over and therefore puts everything behind schedule. Please ask if this is still confusing.

2nd game: Cochrane ( We are working this game for T & C the concession stand will close after 3rd quarter.)
Gate:
1st game - Anderson (show up at 4 to open) Gate closes after end of game. T and C will begin taking gate for their next game.
2nd game- Gate closed.
Clock:
1st game: Smith (show up at 4 to open)
