MANDATORY FOR ALL Elementary and Junior High Basketball Players ages 9-14
Parent meeting Tuesday evening, October 9th,
at Liberty Church (77th Garnett) – 7:30. Vital information will be
provided about fees, practices, game schedules, uniforms, etc. The
meeting will last no longer than one hour. Please have your player
try-on their uniform before the meeting to make sure it fits. Every
year we have players show up for the first game which did not MAKE SURE
their uniform fit and it was too late to order a replacement. Anyone needing a new uniform MUST be there to get sized and pay for the uniform
(No uniforms will be ordered without payment).
As you come in, pick up forms to fill out during the meeting and then
turn them in before you leave OR you can go to www.noahjags.org/NOAH/forms/ and print
off forms and bring them with you already completed. The forms we will need are: Player registration, Code of conduct for parents and player, current (within past 6 months) physical, and medical liability release form.
