It is important that you are communicating with your coach any intention of not going with your team. If you have not let your coach know whether you are committed or not, please make sure you send them that message TODAY. Also, if you are attending, each player needs to be registered. Go to this link-- PLAYER REGISTRATION. There is nothing to pay--just register. Use "NOAH Jaguars" as the team name.
Hotel rooms are becoming scarce, so you need to make arrangements now. If you are having difficulties, there are some NOAH families with blocks of rooms reserved that may be able to help you.
NOAH has in the past years been able to secure a dorm at the Baptist Bible College helping many NOAH families and players attend with affordable accommodations. The college has made some changes that have affected our group (see comments below). We have secured two floors in the Woodworth Dorm. We can house up to 96 people. The cost is $8.00 per night per person. Reservation details will be available soon. It would be helpful if you would notify your team coordinator or you can send an email to noahjagsbasketball@gmail.com to communicate your interest in the dorm option--please include number of male/female reservations and number of nights.
IMPORTANT CHANGE: Meals in the dorm will not be available this year. The dorms used previously with the large open room is not longer available, and the ability to prepare food during the day is not possible this year. Each person staying at the dorms will be responsible for their own food. The school does have a cafeteria and a deal on a meal plan for the week is being negotiated. Any player staying in the dorm will need a parent or adult sponsor designated for the week.
We will have an all NOAH pizza party with a devotion on Thursday at the Student Center if possible.
