Subject: NOAH BOARD MEETING & ELECTIONS
The following are the applicants:
Steve Gastelum - has served for 12 years on the NOAH Board. He is the varsity head football coach, and has children involved in both football and soccer.
Rod Merrill - Is a plant manager and has been involved with NOAH for many years. His children have participated in the football, baseball, and basketball programs.
Gregg Pittman - He is an attorney and also has an accounting degree. His children are playing basketball
Brett Snipes - He is involved with baseball and volleyball.
All four men have a passion to be involved and to see the organization grow and remain competitive, but there are only 3 positions available.
Please come to the meeting and make your family's vote count (you do not have to stay for the entire meeting).
Location: East Tulsa Bible Chapel just east of 129th on 11st Street.
Since this is a new process for all of us, I do expect there to be some "Hiccups" along the way--hopefully those will smooth out with time.
Polls will be open for VOTING from 6:30pm to 7:30pm; Each NOAH family will have one vote per family. You must vote in person.
The Board meeting will then take place from 7:30 pm on.
NEWLY ELECTED MEMBERS will begin their Service at the APRIL meeting, but are welcome to stay in order to be "up-to-speed" on different issues.
