Basketball Kick-off Meeting

All ages – Elementary through Varsity

September 15^th at 7:00pm

Christian Chapel  - 7807 E. 76^th St.

(Please enter at the WEST entrance – doors under the breezeway)

Steps to do BEFORE the meeting:

1.       Visit the Noah website to REGISTER before the meeting (http://noahjags.org/basketball-kick-off-meeting/) - This will involve entering player/parent information, reading the NOAH Code of Conduct and Eligibility information in the NOAH Handbook posted online, entering uniform information (Elementary and JH).
2.       If your player will be wearing an existing jersey, have your player TRY ON their uniform to make sure it fits!!
3.       Bring completed Physical form to meeting.

At the meeting:

1.       Sign Parent Release Form (one parent needs to be present at meeting)
2.       Pay Fees – checks to “NOAH Basketball”
3.       Pay for uniform (if necessary - $55 for Elementary/JH uniforms, no payment for varsity/JV – NO uniforms will be ordered without payment)
