Parents of anyone wishing to play NOAH basketball this winter are asked to attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 4, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at New Creation Church, 1200 S. Olive Ave., in Broken Arrow. New Creation Church is where the NOAH football, varsity baseball and flag football teams have practiced in the past.
This meeting is for parents of boys and girls who are interested in playing this winter.
Also, I would encourage all players ages 13 and above to attend the meeting. Please do not bring kids 12 and younger.
We will be talking about a number of topics, including tryouts/clinics for all ages (boys & girls), costs associated with playing this season, volunteer positions still available in the NOAH basketball program, schedules for the 2009-10 season, and more.
